No Refunds On Extensions Or Custom Units!

According to the Federal Law, you can not return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered in any way. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law.

Please make sure ALL measurements are correct before placing orders! I am not responsible for wrong measurements. ALL UNITS ARE CUSTOM with the exception of COLORED UNITS! They are a standard size!

If you are providing your OWN bundles/frontals/closure MUST be CLEANED (free of thread and product) and in GOOD CONDITION (i.E, no holes in frontal/closure,no build up glue.)

If there is a problem with your order please contact support and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please insert your order number and pictures (if necessary) in the email so we can solve your problem as quickly as possible.
